Centered
Living + Eating
Centered living is a process of tapping into your inner strength. When you are liberated from distracting inner voices and negative self image, you'll discover the freedom to enjoy food, movement and life.
Our relationship with food, body and self is complex. We want to be in control, but feel as if one indulgence will send us spiraling off into an overwhelming guilt. Feeling like a food-addict or chocoholic who can't gain control may equate failure when your critical inner voice takes over. The cycle of deprivation-indulgence resumes, seeming endless. When the critical voice dominates, emotional health and relationships can become compromised.
Centered eating brings a compassionate voice back into your everyday life - a voice that hasn't been able to be present when the critical voice is in control. The critical voice spawns feelings of guilt, shame and sadness, but these can be turned into confidence and joy when we open ourselves to compassion, curiosity and calmness.
Centered living provides a holistic approach to nourishing the body with food, finding joyful movement and restoring peace within.
As your guide toward embracing centered living, I will help you overcome the fear of losing control while helping you find the inner strength to listen and respond to your body compassionately.
Centered living is for everyone.
I will work with you to find a food+body balance that fits your needs and lifestyle.
